Club Level Concierge

Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and tools; prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. Stock ice, glassware, and supplies; anticipate replenishment needs. Wash dishes and utensils; complete opening and closing duties. Requisition supplies from storeroom; secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, and cabinets. Document information in the department logbook and forecast meal requirements for the kitchen. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Follow company policies, ensure professional appearance, and protect proprietary information. Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette. Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
