Job Summary
Maintain a clean, orderly, and inviting environment within the clubhouse, public areas, amenities facilities, and private residential homes by cleaning public spaces, dusting furniture, vacuuming, mopping, polishing brass, and replenishing bathroom amenities. Operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers and floor machines while following safe work practices and SDS instructions. Assist with special projects such as cleaning carpets, windows, and lanais, and handle laundry deliveries and furniture moves. Respond to guest questions, maintain confidentiality of member information, and manage keys with proper sign-in procedures. Complete duties within an 8-hour shift, adhering to company policies and reporting to work on time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to apply them in the workplace

- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the clubhouse

Desired Qualifications
- At least 6 months of previous housekeeping experience
- Proven experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a high-end residential or hospitality setting
