Job Summary
Coordinate with departments to manage customer feedback after service requests, maintain a hospitality outlook, and conduct daily premises rounds to report observations. Take ownership of complaints within turnaround time, respond to client emails and calls, and ensure closure through stakeholder communication. Perform timely customer feedback surveys, manage inventory records and trackers, and update handover registers before shifts. Handle emergency situations per JLL policies, oversee general maintenance, and participate in site training programs.
Required Qualifications

- Take ownership of requests or complaints
- Handle requests or complaints effectively within TAT
- Conduct daily rounds of the premises
- Report lapses or observations to relevant team
- Conduct timely Customer Feedback Surveys
- Respond to emergency situations as per JLL policies
- Contact proper authorities when needed
- Be familiar with lost and found procedures
- Nominate and attend training programs at site/JLL office
- Address concerns through daily checking of mails
- Receive calls and emails from clients
- Ensure closure of complaints through proper communication to stakeholders
- Help in activities like filing, checking and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, dashboard
- Update handover/takeover register before end of shift
- Manage and participate in events
- Overlook general maintenance
- Handle guests
- Be available for On-site location in Mumbai, MH
- Be available for 48 weekly hours
