Job Summary
Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and foodservice equipment while operating dish machines safely and monitoring chemical levels. Clean and mop dish room floors, walls, and prep areas; maintain trash, recycling, and waste removal for kitchen and dining zones. Transport clean items to dining areas and support returning dirty dishes during peak periods. Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding uniforms and linens. Report equipment issues or sanitation concerns to supervisors immediately. Full-time availability required with flexibility for opening days, evenings, weekends, and tournament peaks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, humid kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of following sanitation standards
