Job Summary
Lead and manage a coaching team to deliver gymnastics programmes; collaborate with the Regional Head Coach to define structure and content; actively coach and support sessions; evaluate programme offerings and ensure alignment with British Gymnastics standards; develop and implement staff schedules; oversee safeguarding, safety, and first aid on site; build strong relationships with parents and the community; drive club growth and participation while maintaining high-quality coaching delivery across all programmes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 British Gymnastics General/Gymnastics for all qualifications
- Experience coaching in general gymnastics environment
- Ability to lead and inspire coaching team
- First Aid & Safeguarding qualifications (Enhanced DBS checks)
