Job Summary
Coach, manage, and develop the Fitting Team while ensuring a full fitting schedule and staffing accordingly. Set goals, establish priorities, and plan well to produce quality results. Share product knowledge with golfers, making personal recommendations based on talent and skill level. Work one-on-one with each golfer to ensure exceptional service, providing creative solutions that lead to maximized sales and improved performance. Direct the team to support all other departments including Operations, Sales, and DC teams during the off-season. Delegate tasks while working alongside team members to provide the highest level of customer service. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned to-dos and meeting deadlines. The role requires a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, engaging personality and success oriented
- Computer literacy and general aptitude for learning new software or web based applications
- Ability to multitask, handle varying daily priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to be thorough and accurate
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
- Club Fitting Certification
