Club Fitter - Golfdom

The Cool Clubs Fitter at Golfdom performs golf club fittings and related duties using premium fitting technology to guide customers from high handicap players to tour professionals. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, processing information through POS and fitting software, assisting with floor moves and replenishment, collaborating with builders during the build process, tracking orders, handling club repair tasks (loft/lie adjustments, re-gripping), and managing front-of-house tasks (greeting customers, booking fittings, managing calendars). The role emphasizes ownership of the fitting process (good/better/best recommendations, documentation of fitting data), ongoing customer communication during builds, and maintaining product knowledge and safety protocols. Knowledge of golf equipment and shafts, launch characteristics, and track-man-type technology is beneficial, along with retail sales and team-friendly skills. This is a full-time position based in McLean, VA.
