Job Summary

Club Experience Director leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of inclusive, outcome-based youth programs aligned with the Formula for Impact, Blueprint for Youth Impact, and YPQI; focuses on Health & Wellbeing, Life & Workforce Readiness, Character & Leadership, and Academic Success. Responsibilities include collaborating with other Club Experience Directors for programmatic cohesion, adopting national targeted programs, collecting data for continuous improvement, producing monthly/quarterly program reports, and ensuring data tracking in MyClubHub. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practices, equity, youth voice, and creating a safe, engaging club environment. It also covers community engagement, staffing, budgeting, incident prevention, and supervision of staff and volunteers; driving responsibilities and ADA accommodations may apply. Requires normal weekday hours with some weekend shifts and bus driving duties for youth transport.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (youth development, education, public administration or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership in youth development
  • Demonstrated expertise in program strategy and implementation
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, youth development practices, and inclusive programming
  • Proven EQ skills; resolving conflicts, motivating teams and fostering an inclusive work environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with teens and developing programs for diverse populations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and outcomes-based program evaluation
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
