Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the Club, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while managing schedules, staffing, and facility resources. Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach staff to foster a positive team culture, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, licensing, and safety standards. Deliver high-quality programs across education, arts, leadership, sports, and wellness, monitoring participation and continuously improving engagement. Build relationships with youth, families, schools, and community partners to drive membership growth and retention, representing the organization at local events. Monitor performance data to develop action plans, manage budgets, and complete required reports. Work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in youth development, education, recreation, nonprofit, or a related field
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Recreation, Psychology, Business, Nonprofit Management, Youth Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible leadership experience
