Job Summary
CLUB Customer Service Outfitter (Part Time) provides world-class customer service while presenting customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role acts as product expert, executes CLUB processes to acquire/activate members, drive CLUB sales, deliver a top-tier customer experience, provide peer coaching, influence, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting CLUB membership, executing CLUB operations and compliance programs, demonstrating products, staying knowledgeable on advertised sales, helping meet store metrics, keeping CLUB inventory accurate and the booth clean/organized, processing payments and membership applications, and providing timely feedback/reports. The position supports various store duties as needed and offers part-time benefits. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong verbal/written communication, adaptability to new procedures, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a retail environment. Starting pay $17.00–$19.75 per hour; benefits include discounts, dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays/vacation, and more.
