Job Summary
The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter PT delivers world-class customer service, educates guests about Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB membership, demonstrates products, processes payments and CLUB applications, and provides an exclusive member experience. Responsibilities include promoting memberships, meeting store metrics, maintaining accurate CLUB inventory, keeping the CLUB Booth organized, offering peer coaching and support as a CLUB advocate, and delivering timely feedback and reports. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability to new processes, and the ability to work unsupervised with initiative in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
