Job Summary
The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter delivers world-class customer service, greets guests, and promotes CLUB membership while serving as product expert. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, processing CLUB applications and payments, executing CLUB programs and compliance, helping guests realize exclusive member experiences, coaching peers, reporting results, maintaining the CLUB booth and inventory, and contributing to store metric goals. Requires strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, adaptability to new processes, self-motivation, and the ability to work unsupervised in a retail environment. Part-time role based in Harrisburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
