Job Summary
CLUB Customer Service Outfitter (Part-Time) provides world-class customer service while presenting the benefits of CLUB membership. Responsibilities include acting as product expert, executing CLUB processes to acquire/activate new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance. Duties include greeting customers, promoting CLUB membership, demonstrating products, maintaining CLUB inventory and booth cleanliness, processing payments and CLUB applications, delivering daily feedback/reports, and supporting store operations with service to all areas as needed. Skills emphasize excellent organization, communication (verbal and written), adaptability to new processes, self-motivation, and customer-service experience. The role offers part-time employment with employee discounts and benefits; travel is not required.
