Job Summary
Provide world-class customer service at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB booth, acting as product expert and CLUB advocate while processing applications, payments, and member activations. Deliver engaging customer experiences, explain CLUB benefits, meet store metrics, maintain accurate CLUB inventory, coach peers, and ensure compliance with CLUB programs and store policies. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and communicative, able to adapt to new processes and work with limited supervision in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to new processes and procedures
- Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised
