Job Summary
Provide world-class customer service and act as a CLUB product expert for Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB, guiding customers through applying for and activating CLUB membership, processing payments, and delivering an exclusive member experience. Serve as a CLUB advocate, demonstrate products, stay knowledgeable about promotions, help meet store metrics, maintain CLUB booth organization and inventory accuracy, and provide peer coaching and support. Ability to stand/walk on the sales floor and perform light lifting (up to 20 pounds); adaptable to new processes and procedures; strong verbal and written communication skills needed. Part-time role with starting pay in the $15.00–$17.75 per hour range plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer service environment
