Job Summary
Provide world-class customer service and guest experience for Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB members; serve as product expert across CLUB processes, including acquiring/activating members, CLUB sales, handling account questions and applications, coaching peers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and executing CLUB operations and inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized CLUB booth, process payments and CLUB member applications, report feedback promptly, and contribute to achieving store and CLUB metric goals through proactive customer engagement and knowledge of CLUB benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 2 Years of Experience
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to new processes and procedures
- Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised
