Job Summary
Club Custodian at In-Shape Solutions, LLC — Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained club environment to deliver a positive member experience. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, performing deep clean and disinfectant tasks with specialized tools, maintaining cleanliness records, assisting with upkeep of club amenities, engaging with members to cultivate a community feeling, monitoring pool and slide safety during the season, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires English communication, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, flexible schedule including overnights/weekends/holidays, CPR/First Aid readiness, and preferred pool maintenance experience and bilingual skills.
Required Qualifications
- Basic fitness experience and passion
- Pool Maintenance experience a plus
- Effectively communicate (verbal and writing skills) in English
- Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Flexible/positive attitude in meeting and exceeding our members’ expectations
- Work well under pressure and time constraints and displays positive behavior in all member contacts
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- First Aid Training, required only at clubs with Pool Slides
