Job Summary
Club Custodian at In-Shape Solutions, LLC who will maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained club environment; responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, performing deep cleaning with specialized tools, following the In-Shape Clean Approach, keeping cleanliness records via Job Cards and logs, assisting with daily upkeep of club amenities, contributing to a strong member experience, and monitoring pool and slide areas as needed. Requires basic fitness experience, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, English communication, flexibility for overnight/weekends/holidays, CPR certification within 60 days, and optionally pool-related First Aid, with bilingual skills a plus. Required Qualifications
- Basic fitness experience and passion
- Pool Maintenance experience a plus
- Verbal and written English communication
- Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Flexible/positive attitude in meeting and exceeding our members’ expectations
- Work well under pressure and time constraints
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- First Aid Training, required only at clubs with Pool Slides
