Job Summary
Maintain a safe environment by implementing safety policies and performing deep clean and disinfectant duties using specialized tools. Adhere to the In-Shape Clean Approach while monitoring club cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards through daily job cards and communication logs. Assist in upkeep of club amenities, monitor pool and slide operations during the season, and implement slide rules as needed. Interact positively with staff, members, and guests to support community building. Work flexible shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 45 lbs. Current CPR certification required; bilingual skills a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Basic fitness experience and passion
- Effectively communicate (verbal and writing skills) in English
- Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Flexible/positive attitude in meeting and exceeding our members' expectations
- Work well under pressure and time constraints and displays positive behavior in all member contacts
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift: overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- First Aid Training, required only at clubs with Pool Slides
Desired Qualifications
- Pool Maintenance experience a plus
