Job Summary
Provide travel agent and trip planning recommendations, arrange lodging and dining reservations, and coordinate package deliveries for members. Act as the primary point of contact for the Home Owner Services Program, handling all member requests, complaints, and follow-ups while updating the membership database. Manage call tracking and scheduling, generate reports, and ensure all services align with company safety policies. Work independently with little supervision, adapting to time-sensitive demands while maintaining high grooming and ethical standards. Requires 2-3 years in high-profile customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- 2 to 3 years related experience in a high profile customer service position
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to lift 30lbs occasionally
- Must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
