Job Summary
Front Desk & Member Services Coordinator at Escondido Golf & Lake Club handles member and guest interactions, reservations for lodging and amenities, event support, and daily club communications. Responsibilities include managing calls and messages, welcoming guests, providing information on policies and events, coordinating lodging and cottage communications, assisting with social events, vendor communications, maintaining daily operation reports, attending staff and committee meetings, mastering Jonas for ticketing and member profiles, maintaining membership collateral, handling To-Go orders, coordinating lodging requests and checks, inspecting rental homes, managing lost-and-found, and coordinating repairs with Facilities. Requires strong customer service and sales skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with Word, Excel, Jonas, and Club Essential, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in hospitality or private club environments preferred.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Jonas, Club Essential).
- Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during Member events.
- Professional, positive, and polished demeanor.
- Ability to handle conflict with grace and professionalism.
