Job Summary
Ensure the Club is clean, tidy, and Member ready by thoroughly cleaning all equipment, washing and folding towels, and stocking consumable supplies. Maintain changerooms, tanning rooms, and pool/whirlpool areas while immediately reporting any maintenance needs. Enhance the Member Experience by greeting guests, assisting with questions, and directing them to appropriate staff. Acknowledge and greet Members while carrying out duties to foster a friendly atmosphere. Complete regular checks and attend required meetings as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- CPR-A & AED Certification
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative with a sense of urgency
- Ability to fully understand and embrace the company culture
- Communicate effectively and professionally with Associates and Members
