Job Summary
Guide residents to facility activities, answer facility questions and telephone inquiries, and maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment. Assist management with opening and closing the facility, relaying messages between the reception desk and management, and supporting event coordination for special events and community meetings. Accompany new and prospective residents on tours, monitor facility supply inventory, and notify management of equipment needs or maintenance issues. Ensure residents follow facility policies across the fitness center, aquatics facility, and recreational areas. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of equipment, facilities, operations and techniques used in the field of fitness and recreation services, lifestyle management, and/or party planning
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, co-workers and supervisors
- Self-motivation
- Ability to set priorities
- Must be able to relocate up to (25) pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outside under varied weather conditions
- Ability to work occasional long hours to meet business needs
Desired Qualifications
- CPR, AED and First Aid Certification
