Job Summary
Assist guests and members with outside services, including bag handling, club cleaning, and cart staging. Maintain the clubhouse, cart storage, and wash-down areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition. Prepare golf carts for play, present the practice facility with balls and stands, and manage ball inventory. Educate players on course and cart policies, change spikes as needed, and service customers renting clubs. Clean rental clubs upon return and assist with food and beverage activities. Perform range maintenance, present practice facilities, and maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs. Direct start of play and incorporate safe work practices throughout job performance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read and speak English
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks or hear
- Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches
- Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
- Regularly works in wet or humid condition (non-weather)
- Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts
- May come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
- Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions
