Job Summary
Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism, recognizing preferences to deliver personalized service. Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of club events by following Banquet Event Orders and monitoring flow to respond to member needs. Ensure all club spaces remain polished and organized through light housekeeping and space resets to uphold luxury presentation standards. Work collaboratively with Club and Event Managers to support operational excellence while adapting quickly to changing priorities. This hourly role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a preference for candidates with 2+ years of hospitality experience in private clubs or resorts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds
- Professional appearance and polished presence
