Job Summary
Ensure the Club is clean, tidy, and Member ready by thoroughly cleaning equipment, washing and folding towels, stocking consumables, emptying garbage, and maintaining changerooms and tanning rooms. Perform regular Pool/Whirlpool checks and complete any required cleaning duties. Enhance the Member Experience by acknowledging and greeting Members, remaining pleasant and present, and assisting them with questions by directing them appropriately. Complete regular learning sessions and attend meetings as required. Maintain a helpful, cooperative, and approachable attitude while managing time effectively to prioritize activities.
Required Qualifications
- CPR-A & AED Certification
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative with a sense of urgency
- Ability to fully understand and embrace the company culture
- Communicate effectively and professionally with Associates and Members
