Club Attendant - Red Deer Parkland Mall

Provide a clean, safe, and friendly in-club experience for Members. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, stocking supplies, maintaining restrooms and tanning areas, performing pool/whirlpool checks where applicable, unloading supplies, and ensuring member-ready club conditions. Interact with Members to enhance their experience, answer questions, and assist as needed. Must demonstrate teamwork, initiative, time-management, and effective communication. Certifications in CPR-A & AED are required. Individual should be able to work independently, contribute to a positive club culture, and participate in training/meetings as required. Compensation includes a base wage around $15.00/hour with an annual range of $30,400–$36,600 depending on hours and performance.
