Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day back-end operations for the Packers Athletic Club, including detailed cleaning of club and locker rooms, on-site towel laundering, and equipment preventative maintenance. Ensure outstanding club cleanliness by keeping all amenities stocked, assisting members with locker functions, and administering lost and found procedures per policy. Report any malfunctioning equipment or facility concerns immediately to management and assist in opening and closing recovery area procedures based on shift. Uphold the club's mission and vision while delivering a five-star experience to members and guests. This role has an indirect impact on revenue and member retention.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or above
- 1+ years of experience, including previous housekeeping or janitorial
- CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally sit
