Club Attendant

Greet homeowners, guests, and vendors upon arrival while answering calls and emails promptly. Direct inquiries to appropriate staff or departments and maintain a professional atmosphere at the front desk. Update homeowner contact information, troubleshoot email delivery, and assist with event setup, AV equipment, and sign-in sheets. Manage clubhouse access control, including badge checks, fob creation, and car decal distribution. Monitor pool and amenity areas for rule compliance and safety, conducting tours for prospective residents as needed. Log daily activity, incident reports, and resident feedback. Coordinate with the Lifestyle Director and Property Management on event details.
