CLUB ATTENDANT

Greet members with a welcoming, energetic attitude, using their names to support retention and profitability. Enforce club rules and regulations while observing the fitness area to ensure member safety and proper equipment use. Clean and maintain all fitness equipment and areas, instructing members on correct usage as needed. Anticipate member needs by directing them toward membership amenities and promoting club programs. Know emergency response protocols, arrive five minutes early in department-specific uniform, and participate in all mandatory meetings. Input and manage your weekly schedule in the club's platform by established deadlines. Maintain open communication with the team and contribute to organizational goals.
