Job Summary
Assistant Manager role at Planet Fitness/U nited FP: oversee club operations, guarantee exceptional member experience, assist with recruitment and interviewing of staff, drive club metrics, lead and motivate teammates to deliver +1% service, monitor inventory and sales performance, uphold standards for a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club, ensure staff punctuality and dress code compliance, oversee club audits, develop front-end staff, and perform duties as assigned by the Club Manager. Must be 18+, HS diploma/GED, and have prior team-leadership experience in retail or fitness.
Required Qualifications

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Previous experience leading teams in the retail or fitness environment
