Job Summary
Assist the Club Manager with overseeing club operations, driving metrics, and managing inventory to ensure financial stability. Conduct initial phone interviews for member service representatives and fitness trainers while leading teammates to maintain high-energy service standards. Monitor daily sales numbers, oversee club audits for cleanliness and organization, and enforce punctuality and dress code compliance across all staff. Uphold company values to deliver an exceptional member experience and support career growth for front-end employees through training and performance assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a high degree of member care
- Previous experience leading teams in the retail or fitness environment
- Self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic about creating the best experience for members
- Well organized, reliable, detail oriented, and able to work without direct supervision in a team environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
