Job Summary
Conduct initial phone interviews for member service representatives and fitness trainers while assisting with club operations to ensure financial stability. Drive club metrics aligned with business performance and monitor inventory alongside sales numbers to identify improvement opportunities. Lead by example to inspire teammates delivering exceptional service, ensuring punctuality, dress code compliance, and cleanliness across all areas. Oversee club audits to maintain a "like new" condition and uphold company standards for a judgment-free environment. Support front-end employees through training, development, and performance assessment to foster career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a high degree of member care
- Previous experience leading teams in the retail or fitness environment
- Self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic about creating the best experience for members
- Well organized, reliable, detail oriented, and able to work without direct supervision in a team environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
