Job Summary
Club America Field Representative supporting Turning Point USA’s student activist network. Responsible for working with TPUSA student groups to launch new chapters, maintain established chapters, organize daily campus initiatives, recruit activists, and develop activist networks within the assigned territory. Duties include importing/organizing recruitment data, conducting outreach to prospective members, giving oral presentations, representing TPUSA at events and conferences, promoting events on social media and in the field, managing the territory’s student activists, and developing activism plans. The role emphasizes grassroots outreach, public speaking, networking, and coordinating with leadership to ensure chapter success, with strong emphasis on communication, project-management familiarity, and social-media proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups
- Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot)
- Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook)
- Passion for conservative ideals and principles
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
- Positive and goal-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible behavior; receptive to feedback
- Able to report updates and progress to leadership
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to fulfill all duties and any additional duties
- Physical ability to sit/stand for extended periods; lift up to 15 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
