Job Summary
Conduct real estate sourcing, market analysis, and lease negotiations for last-mile logistics hubs and urban distribution centers. Manage lease renewals, analyze property rights, assess contract risks, and establish collateral structures for mid-to-small camps and city logistics centers. Develop long-term real estate strategies based on network analysis, identify project finance opportunities, and coordinate with internal departments and external partners to execute new space utilization models.
Required Qualifications
- 유통업, 외식업, 물류 및 유사 업종 부동산 임대차계약 및 자산 관리 4년이상 경력
- 비즈니스별 부동산 네트워크 분석 및 전략 수립 경험
- 계약 협상 및 이해관계자 조율 경험
- 민법 및 부동산 관련 법률에 대한 이해
- 운전면허 보유 및 지방 출장 수행 결격 사유 없음
Desired Qualifications
- 부동산 관련 Project Management / Project Finance 업무 경험
- 정부기관, 공기업 등과의 협업 프로젝트 수행 경험
- Microsoft Excel 및 PowerPoint를 활용한 데이터 분석 및 보고 경험
- 프레젠테이션 및 대내외 커뮤니케이션 역량 우수
