Job Summary
Analyze logistics operations and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve service levels and operational efficiency. Lead data simulations for new projects, set KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to optimize the middle-mile and last-mile processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive business insights and drive supply chain improvements. This role is part of the OPEX team at Coupang Logistics Services, dedicated to enhancing Rocket Delivery through logistics innovation. Candidates must have over five years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of process improvement using data analysis tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, operations, supply chain management, or related fields
- Experience in process improvement or operational optimization through data-based analysis
- Ability to perform work using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Experience in collaboration and communication with various cross-functional departments
- Ability to travel for work
Desired Qualifications
- Work experience in the e-commerce or logistics/distribution industry
- Experience with SQL or data analysis tools for analysis
- Experience participating in logistics system or operations automation projects
- Experience structuring problems and deriving improvement proposals in complex operating environments
