Job Summary
Manage logistics operations and network optimization for Coupang's Middle Mile, analyzing processes to reduce costs and improve service levels. Lead simulation projects to derive data-driven insights, establish KPIs, and report operational metrics to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain management, system improvements, and automation infrastructure. Optimize first-mile and middle-mile networks while ensuring operational stability and business growth through data-based decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation management, or related fields
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or express delivery/logistics companies
- Experience using data analysis tools for operational analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- 2+ years of experience in KPI-focused executive reporting
- Experience in logistics operational process planning, management, and KPI management
- Experience as a section leader or team leader or higher in logistics management work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain management, transportation/logistics operations, or network optimization modeling
- Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related fields
- Experience serving as a section leader or team leader or manager in logistics operational organizations
- Data management and analysis capabilities using SQL or other data analysis tools
- Basic English communication skills and excellent communication skills
