Clow Valve - Programmer Apprentice

Cohesively work with all supervisors to provide thorough training to all machinists, providing them with a full understanding of machine diagnostics and best practice machining expectations. Partner with the machinist to troubleshoot programs, tooling, and quality issues to gain understanding of the limitations of production. This role requires a CNC Technical Degree with 2-3 years of programming and machining experience, strong leadership experience in a Manufacturing Environment, and proficiency in CAD/CAM. Candidates must demonstrate strong mathematical aptitude in Trigonometry and Geometry, with metallurgical knowledge a plus. The position is an apprentice-level role within Clow Valve, a division of McWane Corporation, located in Oskaloosa, IA.
