Clow Valve - 3rd Shift Metal Casting Facility Operations Supervisor

Strategically plan resources and manage daily tasks to meet production and maintenance efficiency targets. Conduct daily start-up meetings, walk the floor to build relationships, and troubleshoot operational issues while ensuring safety standards and quality control. Implement two process improvements annually and complete monthly performance conversations with each team member. Monitor attendance, approve vacations, and coordinate EHS inspections and training. Collaborate with managers to identify improvement opportunities and actively participate in the interview and onboarding process.
