Clow Valve - 1st Shift Brass Production Supervisor

Be the driving force in understanding and utilizing available resources and innovatively implement processes to ensure manufacturing excellence that provide a sustainable Clow. Core responsibilities include strategic resource allocation and production/quality management (40%), leadership through daily startup meetings, on-floor presence, training and development, performance conversations, and collaborative problem-solving to drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement (40%). Administrative duties cover attendance, vacations, data entry, and participation in meetings on coaching, safety, and business strategy (20%). Education/experience requirement: High School Diploma with 1-2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or maintenance; bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of leadership in a foundry is preferred.
