Job Summary
The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service in the hospital gift shop, meet store performance objectives, maintain a clean and organized store, handle cash transactions accurately, and build positive relationships with hospital contacts and volunteers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with purchases, adhering to corporate policies, clocking in/out to stay within scheduled hours, maintaining shop appearance, preparing and recording cash handling, processing card and other payments per policy, and supporting infection-prevention cleaning routines. Demonstrates strong customer service, basic math, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and upselling/cross-selling products to drive store sales; previous experience in gifts sales or related field is preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods and work a part-time schedule across the provided shifts in Henderson, NV.
