Job Summary
Manages and supports technical projects and programs within the organization’s technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Applies project management best practices, conducts risk analysis, drives continuous improvement efforts, and provides guidance to technical project and program teams to deliver reliable and scalable technology solutions that drive business value. Office-centric role in Truist hub locations (Raleigh or Charlotte) with 5-day on-site work. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; PMP or Six Sigma credentials are preferred. Beneficial industry experience in financial services; strong emphasis on governance, risk analysis, vendor integration, cross-functional collaboration, and quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical project or program management
- Knowledge of enterprise project and program management methodologies, governance, and best practices
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry
- Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Process Improvement Professional (e.g., Six Sigma), or equivalent executive credentials
