Job Summary
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure Services hosted in AWS, OpenStack, and Microsoft Azure environments. Deliver Tier I/II and Tier III resolution for customer capacity requests, escalating complex issues to the Architecture Team as needed. Manage production container systems using k8s and EKS while automating Linux and Windows workloads with tools like Ansible, Chef, and Docker. Requires 12 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cloud solutions like AWS, OpenStack and Microsoft Azure products
- Experience building cloud applications for performance, resiliency, availability and scale
- Experience with container management systems (k8s, EKS) in production
- Experience with Github
- Must possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification (i.e., AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
- Must have 12 years of related work experience
- Must have a bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- Development experience with both Linux and Windows workloads using cloud technologies with automation including Amazon Cloudformation, OpsWorks, Ansible, Chef, and Docker
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
