Job Summary
Seeking a Cloud Systems Architect responsible for engineering and supporting public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. The role requires expertise in AWS and Azure, as well as experience in migrating applications to the cloud. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of cloud management strategies, security measures, and coordinating with IT Security teams. The position involves designing system architecture, determining hardware/software specifications, and resolving program support deficiencies. A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience are typically required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Complete understanding of technology required for cloud computing
- Experience migrating applications to the cloud
- Knowledge to integrate services and tools across networks and data processing
- Experience with managing and maintaining cloud systems security
- Ability to design and define system architecture for complex systems
- Experience coordinating subsystem design and integration
- Technical guidance experience for database administrators and software developers
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of programming languages including Python, PHP, Java, Node, and Ruby on Rails
- Ability to build relationships between customers and team members
- Experience with cloud service-level agreements
- Knowledge to implement security information and event management
