Job Summary
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud systems, managing infrastructure and processes while handling day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution. Execute Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for cloud servers, including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting. Configure and fine-tune cloud infrastructure systems to meet enterprise security requirements and write automation scripts using Perl, Python, or Ruby. Requires an active government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph; five years of experience managing large Hadoop clusters is essential.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
