Job Summary
Support daily operations of cloud-based analytic platforms using Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo. Provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 operational support for infrastructure and system-level issues, troubleshooting technical problems within complex Linux environments. Manage RedHat/CentOS provisioning, perform networking analysis with tools like nmap and tcpdump, and administer DNS including hosts files and DHCP. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve system performance issues while maintaining on-call operational requirements. This role involves maintaining platform stability for mission-driven Cyber operations, requiring a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and active TS/SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or engineering
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development or engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development or engineering
- Qualifying experience must include requirements analysis, software development, installation, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, or problem diagnosis and resolution
- Degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar technical disciplines
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current Polygraph
- 8570 IAT Level I or higher
- Security+

- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
