Job Summary
Manage and maintain the client's server infrastructure, directory services, and hybrid/cloud environments to ensure stability, security, and availability. Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating systems, and enterprise services while balancing client requirements with internal outsourcing processes. Prioritize multiple incidents and provide remote support using strong analytical thinking and communication skills in Arabic and English. Work on a shift basis as needed, adhering to client-specific NDA and joint performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and ADFS
- Experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration
- Experience with SQL Server administration and backup/recovery
- Knowledge of PKI and Certificate Services
- Experience with WSUS and patch management
- Good Linux administration skills (Ubuntu and Red Hat)
- Experience with virtualization platforms
- Familiarity with Dell servers and storage infrastructure
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
- Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, operating systems, and enterprise services
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking
- Strong documentation and communication skills (Arabic and English)
- Ability to prioritize multiple incidents
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a remote support model
- Ability to balance Client requirements with the outsourcing company's internal processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in systems administration
- Availability to work on a shift basis
- Signing a Client-specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

- Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365)
- Red Hat or Linux certification
