Job Summary
Cloud Support Engineer responsible for providing support to customers for Cloud environments and applications. Day-to-day management of the Strategy Cloud infrastructure including scheduled and emergency maintenance activities and on-call coverage. Implement change requests under Change Control, incident response with collaboration across Technical Support and Technology teams, Strategy Platform administration, and maintaining high-quality documentation. Strong written and spoken English and German skills required; technical IT experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers preferred. Available to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days a week.
