Cloud Support Engineer

Support cloud infrastructure and resolve incidents for enterprise customers via ticketing systems and direct communication. Diagnose and remediate issues across virtualization, networking, and storage platforms while maintaining service level agreements. Perform routine health checks, apply security patches, and document resolution procedures for future reference. Work in a 24/7 rotation with on-call duties to ensure continuous availability. Requires strong Linux administration skills and experience with major cloud providers.
