Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud and hybrid application solutions using Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with enterprise architecture and cloud platform teams to define technical vision, strategy, and roadmap while creating and reviewing high-level and low-level technical design documents. Drive cloud transformation initiatives, support application modernization, and develop proof of concepts to evaluate new technologies. Establish governance frameworks, enforce architecture standards, and provide technical leadership to engineering and product teams. Ensure solutions align with security, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements while promoting Agile ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in cloud architecture, solution design, or enterprise application development
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application architectures
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
- Strong experience in cloud application integration, migration, and modernization
- Programming background in technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Salesforce
- Experience creating architecture documentation including HLDs, LLDs, transition designs, and technical specifications
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with Azure Boards, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Experience working in enterprise environments, preferably within Banking or BFSI domains
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives proactively
